Palmerston North ist der ursprüngliche Campus der Universität. Der Auckland Campus ist ein moderner, schnell wachsender Campus in strategisch günstiger Lage nur 15 Kilometer von Auckland enfernt. Der Wellington Campus der Massey Universität liegt mitten in Wellington, nahe dem Central Business District der Stadt.
